If you live off campus, that’s ok. We’re happy to offer these plans to all full-time college students, regardless of where you live in NYC.
Our drivers are available 7 days a week, 6:30am-9:00pm. Based on your college schedule, we'll pick up your laundry at a time that works for you. Everything then gets returned cleaned, folded, and packaged back to you!
Like all our plans, Student Laundry Plans are charged on a per-pound basis.
Every week we'll weigh the laundry you provide and charge the credit/debit card on file.

Yes! You will also get one free Clean Avenue bag after the first order, however, you will be charged additionally for each extra bag for your next order.
Currently, we do 6:30 am - 11:00 am morning and 4:30 pm - 9:00 pm evening shifts for pickup and delivery hours.
Of course, hand-dry items must be separated by a plastic bag within a Clean Avenue bag, so that we know which items should be hang-dried. It is subject to an additional charge of $2.75 per piece.
Not necessarily. You can leave your bag with Doorman if available or leave it outside your door and add pickup instructions with your building code for the driver.
